FALL IS COMING … WHICH MEANS, PUMPKIN SEASON.

Enjoy one of my favorite fall shakes!

PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN SHAKE!

Total Time: 5 minutes

Equipment:

  • Blender

Ingredients:

  • Canned Pumpkin – ΒΌ Cup

  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk – 1 Cup

  • Vanilla or Chai Protein Powder – 2 Scoops

  • Cinnamon – 1 Tsp

  • Ice Cubes – 4-6 Cubes


Directions:

  • Add all the ingredients together

  • Blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth
