QUICK 15 MINUTE – AB BURNING CIRCUIT

Equipment:

  • Mat or Towel
  • Positive Attitude
  • A Smile

Circuit #1 – Repeat 2x – 1 minute per movement

  • Straight Arm Plank
  • Straight Arm Plank Hip Dips
  • Straight Arm Plank Jacks
  • Straight Arm Plank Alternating Oblique Crunches
  • Rest!

Circuit #2 – Complete one time – 1 minute per movement

  • Normal Crunches
  • Bicycle
  • Leg Lifts (Put hands on side to support back)
  • Scissor Kicks
  • Rest!
