- Medjool Dates (2 Dates)
- Green or Red Apple (½ Fruit)
- Pecans (4 Nuts)
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (8 Fl Oz.)
- Vanilla Extract (1 Tsp)
- Ice (6 Cubes)

If the shake is too thick, add more almond milk.
