APPLE PIE

Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla or Chai Protein Powder (2 Scoops)
  • Medjool Dates (2 Dates)
  • Green or Red Apple (½ Fruit)
  • Pecans (4 Nuts)
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (8 Fl Oz.)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 Tsp)
  • Ice (6 Cubes)

Toss in a blender, mix, and enjoy!!!

If the shake is too thick, add more almond milk.

Pro tip: Use frozen sliced apples
