Ahhh… A true old-school classic: Peanut Butter and Jelly.
I’m going to let you in on a little secret, I have a severe peanut butter addiction. I talkin’ a large tub a week kind of addiction. When the clock strikes 3:00pm, my stomach doesn’t shut up … I always cure my hunger with either a PB&J sandwich OR my personal favorite PB&J protein shake!
1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (my personal FAVORITE linked here)
3 Large Strawberries (frozen)
1/2 Banana (frozen)
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
6 Ice Cubes
This shake is refreshing, filling, & if you cut the liquid in 1/2 it can double as a sherbet! (Dessert without the “guilt”)
